Ancak bu atama, zihinsel veya yasal yetersizlik nedeniyle i\u015flerini y\u00f6netemeyecek durumda oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen 21 ya\u015f \u00fcst\u00fc yeti\u015fkinler i\u00e7in de ge\u00e7erli olabilir. Yasal bir vasinin sat\u0131\u015f belgesini <strong>Sat\u0131\u015f ve Sat\u0131n Alma Anla\u015fmas\u0131 (SPA)<\/strong> yarg\u0131sal denetim i\u00e7in. Vasi, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn pay\u0131n\u0131 satmak i\u00e7in mahkeme onay\u0131 almal\u0131d\u0131r.
