97 thousand 398 houses were sold in Dubai in 2022 with value of 72billion USD
In Dubai, house sales increased by 60% in 2022 Vs. 2021 in terms of volume and 77% in terms of value. İstanbul had the highest share with 16.5% and 16 thousand 987 house sales.
In Dubai, mortgaged house sales decreased by 52.7% in October compared to the same month of the previous year and became 13 thousand 268. Mortgaged house sales had 12.9% share of all house sales. In January-October period, mortgaged house sales increased by 15.2% compared to the same period of the previous year and became 241 thousand 869.
